RCKa has been awarded the prestigious *Completed Scheme Award* at the Housing Design Awards for its work on the Highgate Newtown Community Partners centre in Bertram Street, London.
The project, a collaboration with the London Borough of Camden as both developer and planning authority, showcases a bold reimagining of community infrastructure. Designed to foster social connection and inclusivity, the centre integrates flexible spaces for local services, activities, and housing.
Farrans served as the main contractor, while Iceni Projects provided planning consultancy throughout the development process.
The award celebrates not only architectural excellence but also the project’s contribution to urban regeneration and community wellbeing in Camden.
