Looking for a gentle way to move more and feel stronger? Join Niki for a welcoming, beginner-friendly class designed for everybody and every age. With a mix of seated and standing exercises, this low-impact session focuses on building strength, improving balance, and increasing flexibility at a pace that feels good for you. No experience needed, just come as you are.

Mondays, 12:00 – 12:50 pm
Fridays, 11:00 – 11:50 am
Cost: £3 per person.
Spaces: Limited to 20 participants; booking is recommended. You can book up to four (4) weeks in advance.
