Tamar’s popular Thursday Pilates session at HNCP will soon be joined by an additional Friday session, giving even more opportunities to take part.
The new Friday Pilates with Tamar class will run from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at HNCP.
Cost: £5 per session
Price includes the lunch of the day.
The Friday sessions will begin once the new Community Cafe at HNCP is officially launched.
