Violence & Abuse Support

Hopscotch provides a safe, confidential haven for women experiencing violence, abuse, or intimidation. Experienced advisers offer trauma-informed advocacy and comprehensive assistance for those navigating challenging circumstances. The centre’s drop-in sessions and outreach continue to expand, especially in response to community needs and increased demand.

Employment & Welfare

The organisation leads tailored employability programmes focused on removing barriers for low-income and marginalised women—such as mothers, carers, and first-time jobseekers. Welfare Advisors help navigate benefit complexities, housing instability, and financial pressures, with one-to-one support and practical workshops available at locations across Camden, Brent, and wider London.

Refugee & Integration Support

Specialist teams provide trauma-informed services for refugee women and their families, enabling successful integration and access to UK society. This includes support for recently arrived communities, such as Afghan evacuees, and a strong tradition of grassroots engagement and advocacy.
